FAQs
Can I be hypnotized?
Yes. Most people can experience hypnosis because it is a completely natural state that we move in and out of throughout daily life.
You may already experience similar states while deeply focused on a movie, reading a book, driving, meditating, daydreaming, or drifting off to sleep.
Some people enter hypnosis more quickly than others, but the process often becomes easier and more effective with practice and repeated sessions.
YOU ARE NOT TOO BROKEN TO HEAL.
Beneath the anxiety, self-doubt, exhaustion, and emotional pain… the real you still exists.
Healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to the strength, peace, confidence, and worth that have always been within you.
What does hypnosis feel like?
Hypnosis is a natural, deeply relaxed state of focused awareness that allows the subconscious mind to become more receptive to positive change and healing. Most clients describe the experience as calming, peaceful, and deeply relaxing while still remaining fully aware and in control throughout the session.
During hypnosis, the mind becomes quieter, allowing you to release stress, emotional tension, limiting beliefs, and unhealthy thought patterns more effectively. Many clients report feeling lighter, calmer, more emotionally balanced, and more connected to themselves after a session.
Because hypnosis works with the subconscious mind, many changes begin to feel more natural and effortless over time with continued reinforcement and practice.
Will I lose control?
No. You remain aware, conscious, and in control during the entire session. Hypnosis is not mind control, and you cannot be made to do anything against your values or wishes.
Clinical hypnotherapy is designed to help you access a calmer, more focused state e positive change and emotional healing can occur more naturally.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. Online hypnotherapy and mental wellness coaching sessions are available worldwide through virtual appointments, allowing clients to experience transformational work from the comfort of their own space.
In-person sessions are also available in the Salt Lake City, Utah area.
Do you accept Insurance?
At this time, services are offered as private-pay sessions and are not directly billed through insurance.
This allows for a more personalized, holistic, and client-centered approach focused on your unique goals, emotional well-being, and transformational journey rather than insurance-driven limitations or treatment restrictions.
Many clients value the privacy, flexibility, and individualized support that private sessions provide.
